IMMIGRATION APPLICATIONS

Please note that our stated fees are based on one application only. It is also based on an hourly rate of £200. The fee charged would be determined by the complexity of the matter, the type of application, whether it is an initial application or an extension application, if there are dependants to be added, the number of documents to consider, the need for interpreters or translation of documents.

Following a discussion with you about your particular circumstances and a proper estimate of the work required in your case, we will then provide you with the exact fee to be paid.

We will normally be able to submit an immigration application within 7 days of instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the following fee guide:

  • Visit Visas/applications - From £500 to £1500

A typical Visit application can take between 3 to 8 hours to complete, depending on the circumstances of your case. Following initial advice and preparation of documents, the application will need to be submitted. Key stages of these applications will include attending on the client, consideration of the documents, taking instructions, preparing and submitting the application, making further representations, advising on timelines and advising on the outcome of the application.

  • Study Visas/applications – From £950 to £2000

Key stages in a student application will include the initial advice, perusal, and preparation of relevant documents in support of application, lodging of the application, submission of the documents in support, making representations on the applicant’s behalf and any further representations as may be required. You will pay this directly to the home office as part of the application process. The costs quoted also do not include advice and assistance in relation to any appeals, following the refusal of an application.

  • DISBURSEMENTS

These are costs incurred during the matter that are payable to third-party providers. An example would be home office fees, appeal fees, fees for medical report, a report from a social worker, barrister’s fees. These costs are set by the third-party providers and so may change at short notice. We can handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
